Not sure I understand, there is full manual control. Just keep in mind that shutter speed and minimum interval obviously depend on each other, you can’t shoot 2s exposure photos at 3s intervals as the remaining 1s is not enough for the image to be processed. With fast exposure (e.g. 1/60), the minimum interval is 2s. With 1.6s shutter speed, the minimum interval is 3s

Yes, I manually edited the raw files, and stabilized the resulting video a bit. The mode was waypoints
same here. applied stabilisation for the first part the of video.
unfortunately Adobe PP doesn't support this kind of DNG but Final Cut handle them easily

I exported JPGs from Lightroom after editing the DNGs and imported the JPGs into PP
