My problem is that I can not customize the WIFI frequency and channel number using DJI GO 4 version 4.3.36. It stays always at 5.8 GHz.Alfter open DJI GO I select wifi; custom and channel number (e.g. Channel 4). After that I click OK for the message "Changes will take effect after wifi has been reset". After that I expect the Spark to disconnect and connect again with the new channel, but it is not happening. It is not disconnecting and nothing happens after I select OK. The wifi frequency and channel stays the same.

sorry but it is impossible to do 2.4 G in your country in that firmware(not definitely sure). The only way to switch to 2.4 is downgrade the firmware

Reboot RC and aircraft, connect via wifi. (not cable).

In Brazil we can operate Drones at 2.4GHz, so i don't think it is the problem. If so, the APP should give me a message regarding this objection.

Hi. Thank you for the reply. When you say, reboot, do you mean turn off and on? If so I've done this but nothing has changed. I can not understand what is happening...

Use an older version like 4.1.14 to change your wifi, and not with an OTG cable, that works on the 4.1.15 mod version.
