Hi Holger, we apologize for the trouble with the drone, unfortunately, we do not provide support to the third-party APP. For DJI Go 4 APP, what is the error message? Per your description, it seems only the image transmission lost not the RC signal right? If so, please ensure the firmware version of the aircraft and RC all have been updated to the latest version. Then please try to reset the camera settings in DJI Go 4.
When the issue happens, please check channel status in Image Transmission Settings to see whether it is poor signal and change the flight place. |
