Can we fly ma2 from outdoor to indoor?
Example using active tracking someone walking from outside into house.

Absolutely not.  Do not attempt it.  

Hold it in your hands while recording.. if propellers need to be running while recording, take them off.

That's really dangerous. Don't try.

It's not recommended to do that, please always fly in open with the strong GPS signal, otherwise, the drone may switch to ATTI mode, it may drift and easily affected by its surroundings and cause the flight hazard.

Whilst I don’t dispute this, the official DJI user manual states on page 16:

The Downward Vision System and Infrared Sensing System helps the aircraft maintain its current position, hover in place more precisely, and to fly indoors or in other environments where GPS is unavailable.

Why should not that work ? The drone loses GPS, but VPS is active. Just make sure it's light inside. However, I would a) try it first, if possible with Prop Guards b) not do it with Active Track, but fly it manually into the building.

The other possibility mentioned above ... fly until just before the building, then switch off the engine, take the drone in your hand and use it as a camera. In the finished video, make a short transition between the two (outside / inside) clips. I saw a video, it looked very nice ... flown in from outside to the front door and back out to the terrace. The drone was held in hand for the video in the apartment.

Original Air could do it just fine.
(Fly indoors, not activetrack. Activetrack was never usable to me.)
