If you use the Ipad Mini as your display (now the app is optimised for the Ipad) you will solve a lot of the issues with reading the on screen display..... Why because if you set the settings to wide screen in the app it will put a black bar top and bottom as the Ipad Mini is not a wide screen tablet. This allows you to see the white battery numbers etc.

This is only true if you set to 16 X 9 in DJI Fly app.
If you are in 4 X 3 then the black bars will no appear as whole display will be used.

Yup that is what I said in my original post but I called it widescreen

OK, but I don't see the option to set the camera to 16:9 on my screen in the app. I was wondering where that went and was not pleased.

Have you found that option now

The small button on the right side of the controller will switch it between the too for me.
