Hi. I took my first 360 degree Panorama picture today. It was amazing to see the drone automatically yaw small turns to take the pictures (I would estimate about 6 shots) necessary to capture a 360 view. Pretty darn cool.

It's an impressive feature for sure. It's also about 21 shots stitched together (you can save the raws). I try and take a 360 in every cool location I fly so when I get a VR headset I can relive these locations

Stick it up in skypixel or something where we can see it as a true 360!

Hi. It was perfectly calm on the ground. The Air 2 was about 75 feet high when capturing.

Hi. It didn't seem like it slightly turned 21 times. Does it take a pic while turning also?

Hi. I am trying to get SkyPixel going. I can upload the photo as a 360 Pano o.k. but it's taking forever for SkyPixel to process the image (so far 15 minutes and still not processed). Is this normal (depending on site traffic I suppose) ?

Hi, you could test it out yourself, if curious. My last pano was 26 jpegs in total. Also if you stitch them in a desktop app you will end up with a much higher resolution final 360 pano, if that's important to you. That said, I think the MA2 does a pretty good job stitching it straight out of camera.
MA2 360 pano = 8192x4096
Final output from 3rd party stitching software = 18520x9260

What is the darker blue horizontal stripe in the middle, vignetting??Can you share the orginal raw files please to investigate?
Also I am curious about a sphere when the sky is only blue. How it's look like.

This is an effect from the drone interpreting the top portion of the sky (think content aware fill in Photoshop). The camera cannot point directly up to the sky, so it guess-timates that portion of the image, based on the surrounding pixels. That is why you are seeing this soft line.

See if this works

Yes that works. If you click the link you will see what a pano looks like if you add it to Skypixel

Skypixel is usually pretty quick, but I did have a few seems to "hang".
I believe Google Photos also will display it as a 360, so that's another option as well.

I didn't have jpeg+ raw on so I don't have a raw. Also I didn't have any filters on the camera.

Hi. How did you get that going? I'm surprised because when the Skypixel was processing my photo it took so long that I always cancelled out before I got any indication the processing was completed.

What I lack in looks I make up for in smart-assedness. Thanks for taking your time to do what I could of done if I didn't have something else to do.

Joe, what do you mean with "You can save the raws"? I do not have the single raws in my SD, I only have the final panorama. Is there any hidden option that also saves the individual raws?
