I don't post often but these two questions have me puzzeled.

1. Where is this compass located that others are having trouble with on the new update?

2. Is there a way on the DJI Fly app to change the battery temperature from celcius to fahrenheit?

The compass is located directly on the drone itself and you can calibrate it through the application of the DJI Fly app. Also, unfortunately we don't have the option to change the battery temperature on the DJI Fly since it was already fixed. If you are asking about complaints of the orientation indicator not working properly, the only compass relevant to that is the one in the phone or tablet, not the compass in the drone.
Updates should make no difference to teh drone's compass (and probably also make no difference to the orientation indicator).

Here is a good video describing the problem with the orientation indicator.  The problem is with the compass in your app device and has nothing to do with any recent updates.
