I sometimes shy away from posting on this forum, simply because many photos can turn to mush unless you spend much time reducing to max 2mb and even then they can dissapoint from orignal.

The photo above uploaded in less than 1mb, but actual size is 6.4 mb slightly cropped, so all I can tell you is it looks much better in original size and if you wanted to print that 24”x20” inch would be fine.

This is 5 shot AEB taken slightly later than photo above. You can see reasonable detail like the boats moored on small beach and the camp fire. For such low light it’s pretty usable it’s not an M2P but for social media you would find it hard to tell which camera took which.

This is again later almost as sun was dropping below horizon. But taken with M2P. 5EF34A57-E86D-433B-92DF-040689363E7E.jpeg

Very nice Hallmark would have been interesting to see the straight shot vs the smart in this scenario. Did you have any ND fitted in this instance?

Thank you, having had much time to compare all the Mavics, certainly for photography and low light video the M2P is a superior camera, in good light the Air2 takes really nice video and using HDR or 4k cinelike is a great help. But it doesn’t replace M2P, but I suppose the value now for Air probably means M2 should drop considerably in price .

No ND I try not to use ND for photography unless long exposures, maybe an ND 8 might be handy in some situations.
I haven’t tried Smart Photo in low light yet, will do soon.

It looks like MA2 beats M2P unless you take your time to edit your images.
