Hi,

Just bought the Mavic Air 2 from the apple store in Broadway Sydney Australia.
Wanted to activate my drone and I got an error msg saying "Device Activation prohibited. Contact DJI Support for assistance (1112)".


Please help!

My advice is go back to the store and change it immediately, I'd also suggest attempting an activation at the store or you might be back and forth quite a bit given recent activation issues.

It is recommended to contact your reseller or DJI support www.dji.com/support for the replacement service, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
