My MA2 which i just bought last week suddenly disconnected in mid air twice

on 06.06.2020 @ 0844 hrs (malaysia)
i launched my drone after home point has been updated
i want to make the quick shots and i did the first drone shot it was perfect but second attempt for a rocket shot soon after its done took the shot, on its way down to the take off altitude the drone suddenly shut down and fell to the ground from about 20 m high..
-gimbal holder cracked
- battery and body scratch
- propellers scratch
- IMU error
- sd card not detected

2nd
On 08.06.2020 @ 2050 hrs (malaysia)
i launched my drone to take a pic of the highway
after the home point has been updated
i fly about 184 m from the take off point
i shot once and try to go for the second shot
i realized on the screen noticed Aircraft disconnected
i look up on the sky and the drone was no where to be found..
i have to tracked using the apps find my drone
i manage to get it back in the mud
- gimbal broke
- rc is unable to connect to the drone.
- the drone covered with mud

in this case what should i do
if u want my flight records i can give u..
but please tell me what to do
this is an expensive drone
i never have this problem with my mavic pro last time..

Same thing happened to me with my Maverick mini Friday and it crashed in the woods I found it now let's see if DJI fix it this only happened after I updated the app

the new update firmware is not stable i think.. some settings missing.. and makes yhe aircraft confuse.. let them fix it.. my aircraft has been delivered to the seller.. they will proceed to sent to dji.. i ask for replacement.. since it was not my fault i asked for replacement instead of fixing it.. because it was a new drone its not fair for me to use the damage one..
