Like when battery of the remote is near 5% or something can you attach it to your phone to use it as a regular controller? Also confused with the numbers when i do the math. Currently the sale is going on. I had my eyes on the mavic 2 pro + smart controller =  $1,939.50 (final price with tax, cannot use my student discount) but now when i look at the price for mavic 2 pro ONLY it comes down to  pro ONLY + sale +  10 %coupon  = $1,361.70 (final price with tax)  and it doesn't let me use the 2nd 10% discount on smart controller on a different purchase. when can it will eligible? I was originally going for combo package but it looks like it will be less money if i buy the mavic 2 pro by itself with standard remote (because i can use the sale + my 10% coupon ) and then buy the smart controller later on when i can use my other coupon. and how's an update supposed to do that, if the battery goes out on the controller not only do you loose video feed you loose everything else, transmission rf power etc etc, a phone attached aint gonna cover all of that, if its just battery power your on about just carry a suitable power bank with you, job done, my controller battery outlasts my 4 mavic 2 batteries with power left to spare, so unless your gonna use more than 4 batteries to fly there's no need for anything, then there is also a suitable car power adaptor,
