Hopefully someone can help me figure out why I am unable to transfer my Mavic Air 2 videos over to my iPad 6th Gen.

At 1st, I thought is was because I used 4K 60fps and HDR because the file is H.265..

I recorded video at 4K 30fps mp4 yesterday and I'm getting the same red exclamation point as I did with the other files.  What am I doing wrong?

I was able to transfer my 4K 30fps vids from the Mavic Pro with no problem.

Your help is greatly appreciated

How are you trying to transfer the files?

Is the iPad storage full? 4K 60fps takes a TON of space and on a 32 or 64gb iPad, it will fill fast.

Hello K9.  I am using the apple adapter for the SD card.  I think its because of the H.265.  4K 30fps is no problem

Hello Hoosier.  The ipad has 128GB so its has space.  I cleard out some old stuff because I though that may have been the case but I am thinking that the files i tried to transfer were set at H.265.

The iPad is 2 years old so it's probably not able to handle that codec.  If you could figure out something else, I appreciate your help.  Thanks

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. Are you encountering an error message during transfer? Kindly please provide a sample footage of the issue for better assistance. Thank you.
