I'm having difficulty getting the drone to connect with DJI Assistant 2...is the RC supposed to be on, also???

I just performed an firmware upgrade using 'Assistant 2 for mavic' connected ok,  did not have the RC on,  only the AC and connected via usb

Thanks...I had DJI Assistant 2 on my desktop because I have a Spark but I didn't know I needed the Mavic version...I downloaded it and got a good connection with my MA2.

Hello there Rustic17. I am sorry to know that you are having issue with your DJI Mavic Air 2 firmware and it is good to know that after following RetroBilly post on post #2 the issue was solved.
