My order was to be delivered on 6/23/2020, I took off work just to find out that my package is still “in transit”. It is currently at GUANGZHOU, CN and has been for the past 5 days. What needs to be done to get my package delivered due to me actually having booked jobs that I would rather not cancel due to non-delivery.

I just spoke with FedEx international and they stated that the packages missed clearance before the last flight to USA. And will be on the next available flight which should be tonight (6/24/2020) or early tomorrow morning (6/25/2020). Hopefully this is true and we should receive our packages within the next week!

I ordered the Mavic Mini, SD card. And two batteries on 6/12 and was shipped on 6/17. Hasn’t left GUANGZHOU since 6/18. Scheduled Delivery was 6/23 and moved to 6/24 lol

Same thing with the same items in the order... lol looks like customs held it up and it missed the flight.. what I was told from FedEx International.

at least they shipped yours. mines still stuck at to be shipped for like 2 weeks

Mine still hasn’t shipped, just talked to fedex and they “say” that they bunch order was delayed in customs and has been cleared just missed the flight it was originally on and should be leaving China tonight or tomorrow morning .

I’m in the same boat... my M2P and fly more kit were to be delivered  Tues (6/23) by 10:30am.  It then moved to by end of day.  Then moved to pending, then to end of day today Wed 6/24. I still haven’t received it and tracking says in transit at Guangzhou CN.  I’m hoping to receive tomorrow if not by Friday (6/26).  I am going away on vacation Saturday for the week and was supposed to have the drone for vacation.  I’ll be upset if that’s not the case!

Edit : I checked again This AM thurs (6/25) and it says Pending delivery date again and still in transit at Guangzhou CN.  My package was released for shipment 12:11 AM the morning of 6/22. Ever since then it’s been stuck in transit.  I find it hard to believe that there have been no fedex flights out of China for 3 whole days.  This is definitely annoying.

Same here. MA2 Flymore was supposed to be delivered on 6/23…then 6/24…..now says pending whit no scheduled delivery date. Tracking says its in GUANGZHOU CN for the last 4 days. First purchase….not happy

I'm having the same issue,  I ordered the mavic pro 2 on 6/12 , tacking says it missed clearance and its been stuck in china because they're missing paperwork. Now its showing that its pending and literally nobody from DJI is any help. This has been a nightmare for me, I will never order another product from them. Their customer service is a joke and they give you the runaround. Worst company I've ever experienced
