When I connect my 5d camera with the ronin s, with the mcc cable, the camera freezes and does not take photos or record video, and when I press the buttons on the camera the "busy" sign appears. the ronin s record button doesn't work either, and the focus well doesn't work, it blinks red all the time.

In the application, when I want to use the camera functions, I see a sign saying connect the cable, it is still connected.

somebody could help me? I do not know what else to do.

ronin firmware v2.3.1.20. latest
firmware 5d mk4 v.1.2.1. latest

You've probably already worked this out - but for anyone else, you have the gimbal end of the mcc cable upside down in the gimbal socket, just turn it over and plug it back in and all will work as expected.
