I am going to Costa Rica and I want to take My Phantom 2 Vision +. Do you think that I can have problem with custom ?

Is there anybody that already went to Costa Rica (or an other country) with a drone ?

I think you wont have any problem. In any case, there are some web pages where you can get like a free lance journalist and have that por excuse.  

In costa rica would be amazing flying, so many nice places!
