Hello,
I have a problem since a while now. When i try to access the media content from
DJI GO 4 app, a loading image is displayed and no media is displayed. I have to just retry, sometimes as long as 15 minutes until media is displayed.
Any recommandations? Also, as a second point, when drone is in the air and i press photo button, drone is getting disconnect. Maybe problems are related?

I think problem was caused because i had 54gb of data on sdcard. After a format is ok now.

May we know what is that specifications of the SD card that you are using please and are you able to use a different suggested SD card for your DJI Spark for us to be able to isolate the said issue. For reference I will post the list of suggested SD cards for the DJI Spark. Thank you.
