Heloo yesterday i posted about my camara has stopped turning up and down. I was messaged back aboutbtrying another app and controller but the message has not been deleted or i cant find it again. I have tried 2 other controllers and 3 different apps and still the same problem. The camara still works perfect also with the side to side motion but no up and down just stopped working in flight. The drone is just over one year old i would really like to know if dji are going to cover this as i dont see it anywhere else nor being a user problem.

Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue, I had replied to your older post, you are suggested to check the following steps and see if the issue is solved:
1. Please check if you can adjust the gimbal tilt on the DJI GO 4 app, if yes, it could be the controller's issue, please try to refresh the latest firmware for the controller via DJI Assistant 2;
2. Please check if the max gimbal pitch speed is set to 0, if so, please try to reset the gimbal settings;
3. Try to refresh the latest firmware for the drone as well.
If the issue persists, you may send the drone back to our repair center for service.  If the issue is not caused by the pilot, and it is under warranty period (warranty period info: https://www.dji.com/uk/service/p ... ite&from=footer), the service will be covered, if the part(s) that needed a repair is beyond the warranty period, a paid service will be required.
