Hi,
I have the Ronin SC and wanted to activate it. I tried it via app but it didn't work. I reinstalled the app 3 times. rebooted my phone (iPhone 11 Pro iOS 14) and set it up on a different phone. Everytime I am trying to login it says Connection error. I tried it with wifi (2 different ones) and mobile data. Any info about the app or the servers (maybe down?)
Please help me!

I am getting the exact same issue - its seems too fast to be a connection error. I've got a SC and that worked fine as I've activated it; but now I've got a S, can't activate it as it won't allow me to log on.

Currently having the same issues. Can't even activate it. Giving me a connection error.

Found my error: I have the iOS 14 Beta installed. I took my old iPad with iOS 13 and it worked!
