So its thing you cannot avoid? Makes hole filter a bit unusable if you have to change it every time when you want to take panopics.

Is that same problem on every VND filter?

witch means it`s faulty ND filter.maybe you won`t noticed it if camera isn`t pointed at the sunlight directly like on this photo.
try different angles of the sun  on a bue sky and see what`s going on then.

Why do people use any ND filter for shooting stills with a drone?
It doesn't do anything helpful at all.
And now you've found out the mess polarising filters make if you try to use them for a panorama.
Just lose the filter and make decent images.

It's nothing to do with vingnetting.
It's because the polariser darkens the sky differently as you move across the sky and the angle to the sun changes.

Well, I didnt know that it messes up your panoramas. On normal stills i dont see that. Only on those where camera angle is moved much..

And people uses NDs because of possible make natural motionblur on videos.

Polarisers are a pain to use properly on a drone and more trouble than they are worth.

The top half of the sky is blurred because it's a 360 pano - if you crop that out it will look better. Alternatively, download the file to your phone and export to sky pixel and you'll create a 360 spherical pano.

The variance in the blue and the dark patches are indeed caused by using a polariser. Follow Labroides advice on that one i.e. don't use them when taking panos, if at all on a drone.
