Hi all,

I just bought a s1000+, A2, lightbridge, Z15 set and couldnt completed the installation beacuse z15 doesnt work. When i powered the system gimball starting to spin and not stop. Because of this situation i decided to connect z15 controller to pc and see what is wrong. When i plugged the usb cable, only one indicator on the assistant turning green and the other one is still remaining blue. Assitant couldnt update the software and saying there is a timeout. When i go to help section, there is no Serial number and other information. What should i do?

Please tighten the screws that fix the camera.
Check if the can cable between the GCU and main controller is connected
BTW, are you using seperate receiver and controller to control the gimbal?

i checked twice. camera is stable and balanced, screws are tightened well. all connections are proper. here is the pictures of the setup. i dont know what is wrong?  

i had upgrade fail when i tried to upgrade gimbal. GCU upgrades well but imu is giving this error message

Hi, look from your video, the cable highlighted in the left should have been connected. Just to confirm one more time. This cable is important but customer would ignore easily. Imu upgrade failure, you can check the cable that connect the IMU and HDMI board, any loose or break.  gimbal assistant, the latest version is 1.4. Is yours the latest?

For check
1-G7 connected to lightbridge unit.
2-G6 and G9 connected to gimbal.
3-GCU Can Bus cable to A2 PMU unit.
4-Gimbal balance controlled.

All cables are controlled. This cables and also on the cables that on the gimbal are  fine. I can see the control signals thorugh futaba 14sg-lightbridge-zenmuse gcu.

There is a abnormal situation like when i turn a2 imu unit vertical gimbal stops. After turn back normal it rotates like video.

Yesterday i upgraded the imu succesfuly. Versions is

GCU 2.4
IMU 1.12
CMU 1.0
HD-AV  1.12

no it didnt. still spinnig after a little calibration sequence. what should i do now, please tell me. By the way can you contact me via korel@live.com, it is a bit hard to follow the forum.
