The Stranded Boat - A Bigger Picture.

Its been incredibly hazy here the last couple of days due to the heatwave.

I've noticed that too - great shot!

Very similar weather here, too. In this shot the boat looks even more forlorn. Thanks for the share.

thanks AJ.  I was watching the container ships in the Thames and it was like they were flying in due to the haze.  Very odd.

I couldn't see central London on the horizon in my shots as the smog was so thick from the heat!
On a separate note did you know that the Queen has permitted the use of drones on Crown Estate land - cool eh!

Thanks Blériot53.   Im wondering how long it will before it moves.  As a side note under that bridge a jet ski washed up the other day.

No I didnt see the queen was allowing that,  Im shocked to be honest that she has.

It spent the lockdown there and now its gone,  we dont normally see boats there.  Funny story in the high tide recently a jet sky washed up under that bridge.

When I looked at it,  the jet ski was missing its engine and the following day it had gone,  probably floated off somewhere.
