Any further movement guys? even if it's just getting the controller able to talk to the program. Practice even with a different drone is better then no practice and we are lockdown here in Victoria Australia with COVID. I'd really love to have a fly on the sim.

Do you have any other DJI drones that you can use their controllers with the  FS

I think the MA2 controller integration will be a while (if ever) as the MA2 controller is a new design and not similiar to the previous DJI consumer controllers.

No , It's my first drone. So even more why I want it going. I literally got the drone 2 days before a 6 week lockdown ( 2 weeks in). I have been able to test fly in the park (alone and paranoid about getting introuble, it's a grey area whether I can do it as far as I can ascertain).  I didn't research that deeply when I got the drone that it wasn't on it just assumed as it's not really that prominent which controllers work.and having the expectation makes it worse.

Amyway. I do hope the Sim team have it at the top of their list. I think it's a real selling point so totally worth it. There is a thread going around that the Mavic Mini guys can get there controller working but not the MA2. I'm guessing that's due to the different connectivity the 2 drones use.

I have been told about the Assistant sim but that really doesn't work for training if you ask me, it's pretty bad. Fine for some bench testing but not for training.

Hello there Volition. Thank you for reaching out and for these information you have shared with us. The DJI Mavic Air 2 doesn't support DJI Flight Simulator software currently. There is simulator flight in DJI Assistant 2 software, you just need to link the RC and the aircraft and connect the aircraft to DJI Assistant 2 via the USB cable, you will find simulator on the left side of the DJI Assistant 2. In addition, rest assured that our DJI R&D team are continuously giving out updates for the DJI Mavic Air 2 and for the DJI Fly application in the near future. Kindly please stay tuned to the latest news, events and updates by following us on social media ( Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DJI , Twitter: https://twitter.com/djiglobal , YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/djiinnovations ) for further details. Thank you for your understanding and support.
