I purchased a Mavic air 2 and a care refresh online from authorized dealer. I didnt activated my DJI Care Refresh yet but whenever i try to activate the
care refresh i get this message:  Your enter information is already existed
I'm willing to share with you AIRCRAFT VERIFICATION VIDEO SAMPLE I made today, invoice, serial number and Care Refresh activation number so I suppose you will be able to help me.

But I can't post the video on DJI CareRefresh validation process, because they say : this information already exist (maybe because I fail to verify the 1/2 time.. but now the video are ok and online in public..please help me ->
