Hello all, I have just purchased a DJI Mavic Air 2 in Thailand and I seem to be having a problem getting footage to my IPad Pro, if I use the USB C cable and connect straight to the iPad the import button pops up in the photos app but there is nothing you can see to import.  If I look in the files app I can see the DCIM folder but there is also nothing inside to view or import.  The micro sd card from the Mavic works ok in my iPad Pro card reader but I didn't want to keep taking it out just to transfer footage. The USB cable from the Mavic works with my Mackbook Air but not with the IPad Pro, anyone got any ideas. Many thanks Dave. Both the Mavic and IPad Pro are this years models.

I use Anker USB-C  card reader. More convenient than cable and has no problem with iPad Pro.

Hello there Ossie59. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. As vitaly258 posted on post #2 kindly please try to use a USB-C card reader for you to be able to transfer the file from your SD card to your computer. Thank you.

I just took the card out each time and used a card reader
