Hi guys
I might have a solution for our login problems. I'm waiting for a confirmation on the exact procedure, but I believe it is this way. It works for me, I've just updated my Ronin, 2 minutes ago.
I created a new login with a different email and password. I tested it on the Mac software and it didn't work.
I then call my friend, he tried to login to DJI website with the new login, he couldn't, so he did a reset of the password, but to the exact same password that I had written to him. The thing is that he is on a PC and not a mac.
Once he had reset my password to the exact same as I had, I then was able to login with that email and password on the DJI software on my mac and update my Ronin.
DJI Please get this fixed. Not all, and hopefully fewer and fewer, has access to a PC
