I had fly my mavic air 2 for more than 10 times, got all recent update done, i got the warning "maximum power reached" when i switch to sport mode. The warning dissapear when i turn it to N mode, and switched back to Sport mode again.
Why this could happen? or What make this warning happen?

Sometimes you will get the warning if flying against wind in sport mode.

It is certainly normal that the warning only occurs when a lot of power is required to fly ...

Much more power is used in Sport Mode! Take a look (top right) at the time remaining in Sport Mode after you flew in Normal Mode ...
For example, if you just had 20 minutes left (in Normal Mode) and then fly "a few meters" in Sport Mode, this remaining time drops to maybe 8 minutes ...
That means, more than double the power is consumed in Sport Mode!
And if there is a headwind (see 2# here in this article), then the maximum possible performance can quickly be reached or exceeded ...

It may pop up if the motor load output is too high - examples are flying continuously in full pitch in Sport mode or in heavy winds. Just ease off the sticks and it disappears.

It's not something to test as it may pop up at anytime. Just ease off the sticks as and when it does

... by "testing" was meant that you can be sure that it is only a temporary overload!

I think the pilot was afraid that something was wrong with his MA2 ...

You'd know if it was permanent buddy as the battery will cut out and you'll be picking your drone up in bits
