This post has been created in mourn with my late Mavic mini a 3 month old drone.

Contacted DJI support in my area but no luck.

Cause of Lost: unknown
Scenario:
Normal day, no gust or interference that i am aware of. As this drone was fying without any trouble with signal since the first day.

1. Climb up to 80 meters. Signal lost at 54meters if i recall. With distance to remote of 200+ meters.

2. WARNING pop aircraft not connected. Everything went dark and red.

3. Battery is in within flyable condition as target distance i prefer was no farther than 300 meters to take photo of a field.

4. To regain control i went close to the last location it was reported. Due to it is freeway i couldnt go any closer.

5. After several attempts and search for 2 hrs in 100meters radius.


Drone never been found. DJI APP logs says T MODE and Phantom4 drone was use.

I wish someone here in DJI could help me. To contact DJI and check or investigate this incident.

Still no reply its been 24hrs. I tried to call dji korea for 1 hr still no answer.

Hi there, if the app has been updated and the connection is well, please don't worry.

Thank you mam, i already sent all info last thursday. The flightrecords in my phone was uploaded to the given site.

Upon checking your case, you only uploaded the several flight records and videos, I'm afraid we need the entire Flight Record folder (including the MCDatflightrecords folder), could you please export again and upload to the link that our email team suggested?

I see, the logs have been forwarded to the data analysis team to analyze, please note the email update about the analysis result.
