Yes it is, this was brought to our town by sea some 200 miles, it’s a Boeing 767 and is part of a glamping program.

Yeah had a nice break, flying is very strange these days, but once I was over that all was good. Sorted my grandson out with the mini, he loved it and is well on the way , got plenty of time to chill. Back to reality now. |

That is WAY higher than the 120m altitude limit permitted by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency Regulation 2019/947 and 2019/945, which even for licensed commercial pilots does not provide exemptions for the 120m altitude limit.
And you were flying over civilians, over vehicular traffic, over residential complexes, yeah... And all I did was fly in a completely empty canyon over a lake hundreds of kilometres from any city or structure in the flight you crucified me for.

Ummm, you're in Ireland buddy, you profess this is your home town, so unless you've lied (again, likely as you're a chronic liar), this was shot in Ireland, and according to the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), they do have UAV regulations in place:

And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out you are flying WAY above 400ft; I can go put my M2P in the air right now, have it hover over a city street or car, and compare the size variance between what appears on that footage to legal height, vs what is displayed in yours.
See, the problem is, I can read, and understand legal rules, YOU CAN'T. Maybe Ireland was rule-free once upon a time, like many places in the world, but no more. |
