I have flown my Spark 359 times and only had a problem losing control 3 times.  This time I was not so lucky, the Spark is lost.  Every time before taking off I get a good GPS signal with a green light on my iPad.  When I take off I get the Spark 3 feet off the ground and check the controls.  I am currently using IOS 14.1.  About a minute and a half into my flight, my Spark went haywire.  I lost signal and control.  Now my Spark is gone.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.  Gary

If the said drone is still under the warranty period and it is evaluated as a non-pilot error, the warranty service will be provided. sorry for your loss.  Surprised that you managed 359 flights....

The reason i sold my Spark is becasue Spark will randomly go into ATTI due to yaw/speed/compass/imu errors!

The drone was over 2 years old and was out of warranty.

You do know that its not released yet.  Only available via the Apple Developer Portal.

Yeah, the current iOS FW is 14.0.1

Bought it from a friend when it was 2 years old, I had it for a year and put 400+ flights in it. Then all of a sudden I had a GPS error, the aircraft switched to ATTI and drifted away. Since then I saw many similar posts here. Seems like this can just happen with the Spark unfortunately.
