I don't know if somebody may help me to understand what happened to my P4M.
I've planned an automated mission with GS Pro and my drone take off reach the survey altitude (228ft) and then suddenly start coming down and crashed.
After reading logs i've noticed (GPS POSITION NOMATCH) error. I can't understand.

Your Phantom was in stable flight for the first 18.3 seconds but at 0:18.4 it tilted backwards, rolled to the right and started rotating anticlockwise and losing height.
In short time it was spinning, tumbling and falling fast.

This suggests that it lost either the back right prop or motor.
The GPS message is just a symptom of the GPS receiver having difficulty with the tumbling and is just a symptom, not indicating a cause of the crash.

It was caused by losing an ESC, a motor or a prop.
If all props were still attached when you found it, we can eliminate the prop which leaves a hardware fault in either the motor or its ESC.

At the end of your flight an error for motor #4.

if you like put a cloud link on here to the DAT [ FLY097.DAT *] file for this flight.
In the DAT more info to be found about your motors.

thanks, i can see it but cannot download the file.....after clicking on the download btn   nothing happend, uh??  never saw this before on a shared google map
oke, when i download both files as a zip   it does work!

waiting for your feedback after analyzing
one motor have damaged after the crash. that may be the reason of motor #4 errorone of propellers (the one attached to the broken motor ) couldnt also been found

Looks like that in this DAT file only date before motors ON are stored, so no flight data to be found.

Cannot find what i am looking for in your DATs, sorry cannot help you further.
Only in 1 DAT i find motor rpm, but all normal values.
