I crashed my Mavic Mini and now it won't lift + getting errors (see photos).




I think that one of the proximity vision sensors is broken, am I right?

Hello there Eranglr. I am sorry to read and to know what happened to your DJI Mavic Mini. Since there was a crash that happened and you are experiencing this issues after the crash. It would be best to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support for further assistance. We have a team that will do there best to to check the said DJI drone and give out the best resolution for this issue. Again, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for your understanding.

Crash was my fault.

You can get a replacement drone if you have purchased DJI care refresh.

They will fix it with a fee. Less than a new drone (100-200$). Your drone is totaled, thats not flying again.

Hi,

Bottom sensor MM  ; one is sending, one is receiving, so no problem.

Red Warnings

GPS > try outside to get GPS reception,  perform IMU calibration if not oke, try again
Gyro > IMU cal, try again
BARO > IMU cal, try again

If errors persists,  uh, repair by DJI

My lost my mavic mini to on 10/04 celebrating my Aunt's 90th bday boating in a the Marina in Oxnard, CA. The drone was doing great, when it autohome when there is more battery life's left. Tried to disengaged to manually control and land it but the drone ascended to quick and flew away and landed where it was launched, unfortunately it was in the middle of the marina/water and lost. Is there a way I can get help analyze what happened? Thank you.

Problem is that it keeps disconnecting, so I can't manage to calibrate it.

disconnecting can be a mobile device / app issue....try different one ?

Make a thread, no one will notice - help here. Most likely it was pilot error.  For help, post your flight log.

Probably not since before that crash everything worked with my device.

Could it be the mounting point of the sensor, GPS and IMU component been displaced due to the shock when it's falling to the ground?

Maybe, but that doesn't explain the disconnections.
