Does anyone agree with me that the invention of Mavic Mini was record-breaking. Everything about it was so perfect, from it foldable wings, it's weight to it's flight distance but it's still not quite perfect.. Why? The only unsolved problem that could be a step away from perfection is the noise made by it's propellers, don't you think? I'm currently working out to reduce the noise by purchasing Mavic Air 2 Zoom low noise propellers to have it scanned and laser print to produce a downsized low noise aluminum propellers by a scale of 1 : 0.5... Possible?

Hardly worth the bother, the cost, or the risk, I would have thought. You'd also void your warranty.

Aside from the above, you will mess with the Motor/esc/prop combination, which can effect flight time, and electronic loading for the escs and motors.
It is a balance to get the most potential, and changing even 1 of these factor will change things. Usually for the worse....

Are there any propellers produced by DJI or other partner that can reduce the noise and increase performance?

Coming from the ultralight aircraft sport, i have some experience about propellers and noise . I am not an engineer but i can say that to reduce noise you can slow down motor speed. But reducing motor speed you have to increase the number of blades of the propeller and consequently their envelope and diameters  . The shape of the blades or the material ( aluminium or plastic) has a little if none effect on the noise. It is a very complex argument, do not know if it worth for a drone noise reduction

Aluminum propellers doesn't sound like a good idea.

For a less drastic experiment....what about putting MM2 props on the MM? From revies I got the impression that they seem to be stiffer anl less likely to deform with time (e.h. in storage, during transport) but more or less the same shape and same mounting?? Did anyone try this and compare the engine revs etc?

Starting at 3:24 he talks about the props, tldr it won't work.

I would use caution when it come to modifying the propellors or using third party.
