Hi,
I had some problems with my phantom 4pro, one of which was the restricted flight area (blue) where I lost control of the drone. What I don.t understand is why my drone stops functioning when I am autorized/logged in and some 0,5miles away from the restricted zone? This led to me crash landing my drone, it landed on its landing gear but one propeller hit the wall and got spliced.
After the landing the gimbal lost it.s steadiness, it just follows the wind direction.. as I was doing a video that I needed to finish, I took a short check of the camera/gimbal and noticed that the rubber packing came out of the carcas/shell. I pushed it back in and the gimbal started working again BUT it twiches every 2-3 seconds or so..
Any ideas on what could be wrong..???

It would be best to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support for further assistance. We have a team that will do there best check what really happened on that flight and give out the best resolution for this issue. If the said DJI drone is still under the warranty period and it is evaluated as a non-pilot error, the warranty service will be provided. Again, I am sorry for this trouble and thank you for your understanding.

I doubt that the drone is under warranty anymore as it is some 2 yo. When I took the video that I posted, it showed 3 warning messages:

1 that I need to callibrate the compass (which I have to do everytime I use the drone as I film from a ship- metal interference)
2 low/weak signal (no idea to what)
3 gimbal motor overheat/overload (this one is showing/flashing as soon as the camera/gimbal is twitching).
