With my Ronin S, i was able to control the sony a7iii focus with the focus wheel, but with my new Ronin RS2 the wheel controls the zoom. Is that normal ??? Any firmware update to fix that issue ?
You have to change the cables and use the other cable. Because with one cable you control zoom and with the other one, you control focus and other stuff.
I have the same issue.
Using the Sony Cable it zooms in. When I use the other cable, nothing happens. It reacts when I move the front wheel, I know that because my camera screen shows the focus range when turning the wheel, but the focus itself is stuck, nothing else happens. Any ideas?
