Hi! I noticed that many people had issues udpating the Mavic 2 Pro Firmware. I'm having issues aswell.
I'm getting the error 0x022803.
Tried DJI Assistant 2 on the PC, tried Android device, tried Apple device but no luck.
Can somebody tell me how to get this issue solved?

Before this issue happened was there a hard landing or a crash that happened to your DJI Drone and since you are getting this error message ( 0x022803 ) when updating your DJI Mavic 2 Pro it would be best to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to assist you further. Again, I am sorry fir the trouble and thank you for your understanding.

There has been no hard landing nor crashing. I’ve tried to update this thing since the day I bought it. But I will contact the site you told me.
