I'm new to drones we got Mavic 2s through our school. We bought iPad minis to fly them with and we are having trouble. It took a while for the iPad minis to come in and I was using my iPhone X with no problem. When we downloaded the DJI GO 4 app on the ipad minis and try to login we get a message saying "Sign in failed. Check your network connection." I have tried using my phone as a hotspot and still get the same problem. I checked with the tech department and the filter isn't blocking it. Any ideas? Me and another teacher go to another training next week and we really need the iPads to work!
