Nvidia Shield tablet.  Works great, no issues with caching. No battery issues.  Rock stable, no crashes,   no reboots. HDMI out.  SSD slot for more RAM. Screen recording.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 T230 EU - works fine.
I use it only as FPV monitor for P3P and remote control for GoPro4 (no other junk software/games/etc)

Galaxy Tab A works for the most part as far as I can tell.

Galaxy Note 10.1 , Biggest tablet that will fit in P3 controler (Tight squeeze)

so tablets seem to work better than using a cell phone?

Using the Verizon Moto X+ I have also used it with the Nexus 7 tablet.

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 works great with the latest firmware and has a VERY bright display. For doing serious filming, a cell phone is imho to small.

OnePlus One with cyanogenmod 12S (Android 5.0.2). Pilot app has crashed a few times during the two weeks I have owned P3A.

I'm using the SGS6 (not edge). Seems to work ok, does get warm after about 12 minutes of flight and I see lag issues. Especially when flying somewhat fast and there are a lot of updating pixels it seems to have a bit of a struggle. However that was before the latest firmware. I haven't flown very much since the GO fw day so I don't know if it's fixed or not. I did notice using my homemade sunshade and removing it from the otterbox case helped keep it cool longer though.

The P3A though does exactly what it says on the tin. Love this aerial imaging platform.
