Aloha Mdeblasi,

     The vertical series on the left looks like the 720p HDMI module for the P3 and P4 Remote Controllers ($125).  If any one of them can get you 1080p, that would be nice!

     The series on the right looks like the original USB port for the Remote Controller for the P3 and P4 Remote Controllers.  I just took them apart!  They appear to be in various combinations.
