Cheap drones can retain a tight hover tuned from controller alignment process.
This is without Gps & Lidar & illumination & external wind & Prop wash richochet.
In an enclosed basketball court without Gps, without illumination, mavic air could not retain a tight hover.
Mavic air has barebones sensory of compass, accelerometers, gyroscopes & infrared touchdown soil sensor.
Aren't these barebone sensories adequate to retain tight hover in complete darkness, in complete absence of Gps, in complete absence of external wind force including propeller wash neutrality owing to the flat vast area?

Hello there ChrisLoon. Thank you for reaching out and for these information. In addition to this the performance of the Vision System of the DJI Mavic Air is affected by the surface being flown over. The drone automatically changes from ATTI mode when the Vision System are unavailable or disabled and either the GPS signal is weak or the compass is experiencing interference. Kindly please operate the said drone with great caution in the following situations posted below. Thank you.
