Hi Paveld20. Thank you for the reply and update about the unit, We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. According to your description, the DJI Fly app prompts "Power system hardware error". Please be advised that we cannot remotely troubleshoot and solve this issue. To ensure your flight safety, we suggest that you kindly send it back for a proper diagnosis. Since the unit was returned to the dealer/seller I'm looking forward for you to receive the replacement unit soon and for you to be able to enjoy the unit. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience and trouble caused. Thank you. |
