What can I do?  Mini 2 reports a power system error when switched on.  It does not make a sound as usual.  No crash.  Once a year at home without any problems.

Did you restart the aircraft, is it still the same problem?

Also, if restart does not fix try another battery if you have one! For test purposes you can use the original Mini battery in the Mini 2 ( increases weight over 250 grams) but will assist in troubleshooting!

I tried everything, restart, another battery.  Still the same problem.  Updated to the latest firmware.

No stress.  I returned the Mini 2 to the seller.  I am very sad.  But I'll give Mini 2 a chance and get another one.

Once you get one that is working you will enjoy it!

According to your description, the DJI Fly app prompts "Power system hardware error". Please be advised that we cannot remotely troubleshoot and solve this issue. To ensure your flight safety, we suggest that you kindly send it back for a proper diagnosis. Since the unit was returned to the dealer/seller I'm looking forward for you to receive the replacement unit soon and for you to be able to enjoy the unit. I am having a power system error also and I just got this yesterday and flown it once and it was a good flight and landed it then tried again and it said power system error what can I do to fix it

I just got the mini 2, flew it for a total time of 15 min. Worked fine. I switched batteries to recharge the new one, and now I’m getting this error. How do I restart the drone
