UV filters won't help you a lot!
The days of UV affecting your film are long gone.
But that is not answering your question, but I have no clue why they are not available!

You would probably need a circular polarizer filter + ND filters. I normally use CPL filter with my camcorder all the time near water and green background in order to remove the reflections. You may just make a search on youtube for comparison videos with/without CPL filter and decide if you need CPL filter, example: https://youtu.be/-KogZfxv5cI  

UV filters are no help. Sorry, dont know why they are not available, but better off getting some ND filters.

UV filters can offer protection to your lens.. just saying
