So I seen a lot of videos when birds attack quads cause we are now flying in their playground, so today i just returned the gesture and chased them out of mine.

Oh Great. Video evidence of someone harassing wildlife. In the US that is a federal offense with heavy penalties.
As an aside, if the birds wanted too, they could easily have brought down your baby.

He was clearly NOT harassing them - he was trying to communicate to them that they must now share the airspace with the new digital wildlife.

I strongly suggest that you delete that video.

Yes, I wanted to watch it too. Everybody complains about the wildlife being harassed, I,'m so tired of this and that spotted this or that.

Unfortunately not all Phantom owners seem to have an IQ with more than 2 digits and this owner certainly proves it.  Shallow end of the gene pool.

Pay no attention to the haters and chronic complainers.  Haters aren't happy unless they hate something and chronic complainers aren't happy unless they complain about something besides their miserable lives.  I thought you did fairly good at keeping up with them and keeping them in the camera view.  Congrats.

I only suggested you delete the video for your sake I case some tree hugger turned you in. It is against the law to harass wildlife with a drone.
I personally don't care what you do. we just need do not that video on the official DJI site. The man might see it.

Looks like to me they flew circles around you.

I wouldn't call that harassing, you weren't even that close to them.  I wouldn't worry about it

First off the video was kind of stupid because it made me dizzy and you weren't even close to "wildlife". They looked like seagulls that I would be happy to chase/kill/strangle anything to make them go away!! I played golf this weekend and I killed a bird with my putter because he was on my cart and I didn't want him there so  I took a swing and drilled him and prob broke his neck. Don't worry, he didn't suffer at all. Is that harassing "wildlife"?

The FAA will put restriction on our drones NOT because someone flew it where they shouldn't have but they will do it because they aren't stupid. They are always one step ahead of us.

While I couldn't really tell what kind of birds they were did anybody else see the darker colored birds flying behind and sometimes in amongst the white birds?  Is it possible there might have been a predatory bird trying to attack the other birds and that's why they were flying so erratically -- trying to avoid being eaten?

lol. Its the rare "black bird" Its been caught on vudeo 3 times world wide .Im so lucky to capture it and share the footage .
