Hi,

Just purchased a mavic air 2 from Amazon that includes automatic care refresh etc

I connected my phone with the drone (and am logged in) but I can't even see the drone on my account let alone see the refresh package.

Not sure how to go about this.

Can anyone help?

Did the drone request to be activated as soon as you turned it on and linked the RC? If not - you may have been sold a returned item in which case ship it back, get your money back and go to a store somewhere to buy one in person.

Thanks for the link - found it was activated on the 11th November.

As long as that can transfer then it's not so bad I guess.

I can return until end of January anyway if needed.
