The website says the RS 2 can connect to my camera but it does not show up.Software says no connection. Tried 2 different cables.
What can I do to get the camera connected so I can simply hit the record button on the RS 2?

Just talked to Support and found out the BMPCC4K needs to be on software version 6.6 or later. That fixed the problem.
