It is a great video!! Surprised to see that your mini is not swaying in such winds! I have always been wary of flying my mini 2 in high winds. I always look for wind conditions of weather apps like Climacell before I take it for a flight. Any tips??

Mini2 is much more stronger than Mini1. The specifications have the same wind resitance than bigger drones.  

Mini1 is not so weak. I could fly with gusts of 40km/h that day.  The secret is not to fly far way, because you may need more battery to come back.  I use UAV Forecast, that shows the conditions (that day it said to me NOT to fly).  It has also a wind profile, that shows the wind depending the high.  Almost always the higher, the stronger is the wind.
