Hi, I just bought RS2 and was trying to activate it. I installed the app, but it does not recognize the device after starting the gimbal. The message on the gimbal is 'Connect to DJI Ronin to activate DJI device. In the app, I get the message 'No DJI Bluetooth devices have been found'.
The device cannot be found when I search using bluetooth. After a long time it showed up. When I try to connect through blutetooth on the phone, I get a message that the connection was rejected by the device.
I am using MI Max 2 phone.
Please help.

The app downloaded from Google app store did not work. I had to download the .apk file from the site, and then the new app got connected to the gimbal.

I have the same problem with my Huawei mobile phone and android 10. The Ronin android app hasn't been updated for years now. That's ridiculous, that it still don't work for android 10.
Edit: It works with "DJI Ronin 1.4.4", but it's not foundable in the google play store. I found and installed it with apkmirror... Why its not on the official play store?

Hi Arjun, what is the name of the new app that you got to connect to the gimbal? I can't get Ronin Assistant to connect... thank you!
