Decided to do a hover test after loading new firmware.  Mini took off just fine but soon starting drifting right.  I brought it back but then it started drifting backwards fairly fast.  I chopped the throttle, but too late.  The Mini flew into my hand.  After wiping off the blood, I did an inspection of the Mini.  One prop screw was loose.  Word to the wise:  throughly inspect your aircraft prior to takeoff...especially the prop screws.  That is all.
BTW, my hand is fine...just minor cuts.

Ouch.  My M2 Zoom tried to bite me as well.  LOL

When tightening screws make sure not to over tighten so you don't ruin the treads in the motor.  Use blue loctite if possible.

It happens to everyone eventually.

Ouch.
Loos blade screws.
Bad blade.
Blade bent from in case wrong.
Bottom sender seeing your hand.
All can cause drifting.
