Good afternoon! I want to go back to the original factory settings, the firmware and all the settings, after updating to the latest update, this is giving error 40011, gimbal error.

but this is working normally, I have recalibrated automatically and manually with 100% success and this error continues on the screen

Ok.
That is not as expected.
I don't know if you can get back to another firmware. (older)
Maybe try in the 'products' section of this forum.

There is nothing about it, the dji assistent consumer doesn't only work for downloading a file, it's not the same as the mavic mini, why is that?

I have no idea.
My suggestion would be to try and ask this in the 'products' section of this forum.
You are now in the 'tutorials and tips' section.

Hello there Thomaz. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out.  Since you are getting and error message ( 40011 ) on the the DJI Fly application did the said DJI drone ever encounter and hard landing or a crash before? Please try to restart the drone and refresh the firmware of the said DJI drone then calibrate the gimbal to see if the issue will still persist. If the issue persists, I would recommend for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. Thank you.

Hello Thomas, I have a issue with the update of my dji mini2, yesterday I update the control, but at this time, the dji assistant 2 is asking me restart the device for restore, I don’t know why isn’t connection with the camera, but actually can fly and is working perfect, but no image and no connection in the app between the air craft and the app. Please help.

Did you fix error 40011? The same thing happened after the update to v.01.03.0000

Buenas tardes,. A mi me pasa algo parecido, tuve un accidente con el dron y  a la vuelta para poder volarlo me da error de sistema de navegación y no puedo volar el dron, aparentemente no tiene nada dañado, cómo puedo quitar ese error?, Gracias.

Puede que se haya roto un flex que conecta el dron con imu y gimbal.
