Timelapse Wobble - What Am I Doing Wrong?

Hi All, i've seen a few threads about wobble but I don't think this is a hardware issue, just a set-up issue for timelapses (please tell me if you think it is).
Standard video appears to be ok, it's just these timelapses - why am I getting objects wobbling / bouncing like this?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Yes, had just updated everything before going out.  I did some timelapses earlier in the year and saw this (please see below - look in the distance).  This is static and I put it down to the wind (is that all it is?).  

I see other timelapse videos and they look perfect.  Because this is more or less automated, I assumed that they would all have that perfect motion even if the subject and lighting/colour isn't good.
